Dana has been teaching group fitness classes in the Bay Area for almost 15 years. She began teaching in Corporate Health and Wellness facilities in 2010 in San Francisco. Since then, she has taught in fitness centers and studios throughout California and Hawaii as well as community based classes and through virtual platforms. She is currently teaching 2x a week for Gap HQ. Her favorite classes to teach are HIIT, Strength + Conditioning, and Power Yoga.
Be prepared to sweat, work hard and have fun in her classes!
