FRONT DESK SERVICE ADVISOR

Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Service Advisor at Spine Health Functional Therapies you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice all while providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, patient interaction and adherence to healthcare regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor, are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Patient reception
- Appointment scheduling
- Administrative duties
- Patient education
- Insurance verification
- HIPAA compliance
- Office maintenance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting/medical office (or reception experience) is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office software, including scheduling/billing systems
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology is a plus

Additional information:
- This role involves working in a multidisciplinary office environment
- The office is staffed with a Front Desk Service Advisor Monday through Friday 9am-1pm, 3pm-7pm as well as Saturdays 9am-2pm.
