At SHFT, we utilize chiropractic care as a gateway to better movement—helping restore proper function, integrate the nervous system, and reduce pain. Our approach combines chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue and movement-based therapies to create lasting results, not just temporary relief.
We guide every patient through our three phases of care: Reset, Reinforce, and Reload.
In the Reset phase, we use chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue modalities to decrease pain, improve mobility, and clear the path for movement without compensation. This phase focuses on restoring access to how your body is supposed to move.
In the Reinforce phase, we build on that progress by introducing targeted exercises and at-home strategies. This helps support and stabilize the improvements gained during the reset phase, ensuring your body can maintain those new movement patterns.
Finally, in the Reload phase, we focus on loading and strengthening those patterns. We develop resilience, improve performance, and solidify long-term results—so you can move confidently and keep pain from returning.
Our goal is not just to help you feel better, but to help you move better for the long run.

Most patients feel relief immediately after an adjustment. Adjustments should not hurt! Our goal is to make you feel better, not hurt you more. If we ever put you in a position that doesn’t feel comfortable, we will need to move from that treatment to find which therapy might help.
Some may experience mild soreness (similar to a workout), especially if it’s your first visit—but it typically resolves quickly. -
It depends on your condition and goals. Some patients feel better in just a few visits, while others benefit from a structured care plan.
